Hi team,

customer use 947/948. they found when hot-plug between 947 and 948, the display will black probabilistic. they hope we can review their code, can you help to review their software code to see if there any problems?

Hi Batty,
The 948 and 947 are not meant to be hot plugged into each other. Please look at the "Figure 9-1. Power Sequence" on the 948's datasheet. The RIN FPD-Link signal must be present at the 948 at powerup.

understood. can you help to review customer code, since it is sensitive, I have sent it to you via email.

a new problem is they found the display light up very slow after complete 947/948 configuration.
