DS90UB933-Q1: unexpected spike in VDD

Hi team,

My customer found an unexpected spike of the input power which appears 1ms before VDDIO and VDD power up, the peak voltage of the spike is around 1.2V and duration is about 100us, from the system test, we don't see it affect 933 operation.

Do you see any potential risk? PS: spike only appear before power up, after power up, VDDIO and VDD voltage within d.s recommend range.

Hi Dongbao,

Other than the spike, does the rest of the system power up comply with the power sequencing in the 933 datasheet?

Yes, the rest are fully complaint with 933 datasheet requirement.

Is there any internal VDD UVLO reset circuit of 933? What's the trigger threshold of UVLO? And how long does it take to reset?
