I need to set up a multi point bus with a maximum of 200 nodes. To get the data exchange fast enough between all nodes I need a data rate of about 50Mbit. The bus length is about 10 m max. My first idea was to use an RS485 transceiver like the THVD2450. But their differential impedance should be 60Ohm, and I would prefer 50Ohm because of my layer stack and the connectors. So i found the SN65MLVD206B wicht would fit my 50 Ohm design but i'm not sure if it can handle 200 nodes.
