TCA9548A: Maximum operating junction temperature

Part Number: TCA9548A

Hi, I am a thermal engineer at L3Harris and we are looking at component "TCA9548ARGER". We would like to know the following information if it is available:

1) recommended operating junction temperature

2) any available thermal resistances

3) thermal test information, such as power applied, test board configuration

    Thanks for reaching out!

    As far as the operating junction temperature for the device, you can use the Absolute Maximum Ratings section's TJ value for this, listed as 130°C for VCC ≤ 3.6 V and 90°C for 3.6 V ≤ VCC ≤ 5.5 V. The recommended operating conditions list a recommended operating free-air temperature that would be expected to keep this device within this range.
