My customer have a question about the "7.6 Electrical Characteristics over operating free-air temperature range (unless otherwise noted)" listed on page 6 of the datasheet.

Is this correct with the recognition that the Ambient temperature range is -40°C to 120°C ?

Hayashi-san,

The ambient temperature range (T_A) of the device is listed as -40°C to 125°C in the Absolute Maximum Ratings section of the datasheet (not 120°C).

Note that thermal shutdown occurs when the junction temperature reaches TSD, listed as minimum 165°C in the Recommended Operating Conditions.

120°C is a typo.

I will reply to my customer that over operating free-air temperature range are -40°C to 125°C.
