DP83826I: Pin settings for TX_ER

Part Number: DP83826I

Hi Team,

My customer would like to use the TX_ER option when Basic mode is selected in MII.

This pin is used for both LED1 and TX_ER.

When BASIC mode is selected, it is "TX_ER as default".

TX_ER must be an input pin because it needs to accept signals from the outside.

It is described as "Active:O" in the datasheet. Is the datasheet wrong?

I think "Active:I" when TX_ER is selected.

So I think I/O is the correct notation, since there are both cases.

Best Regards,

Kenji
