Hello guys,
One of my customers is designing their own PCB for XIO2001ZAJ evaluation.
Now they are facing that it is difficult for them to route between ZAJ terminal and periferal parts
because ZAJ ball pitch is 0.5mm.
Do you have any layout example for ZAJ package like 9.3.2 Layout Example section, Figure 32
on page 125 of XIO2001 datasheet (Ver. SCPS212I)?
