TCA9803: Min SCL clock frequency

Hi,

I found that "Max SCL clock frequency" is only mentioned on page 6 of TCA9803 data sheet as follows. However, I cannot find "Min SCL clock frequency".
So, could you please tell me the minimum value?

There is no minimum. When the bus is idle, SCL is a constant high voltage; when a slow device does clock stretching, SCL can be low for an arbitrary amount of time.

Clock stretching is part of the I²C protocol, and covered by the normal timing parameters.
