DP83869HM: LLPT in 1000M media convertor mode

Hello TI,

we are using the DP83869HM in converter mode with the MSP0430FR2111IRLL. According to the datasheet it is possible to enable or disable LLPT via boot strapping in 100M media convertor mode but not in Gigabit convertor mode. So i thought LLPT is not possible in Gigabit convertor mode. But if we configure the DP83869HM in Gigabit convertor mode and test the communication LLPT is activated.

Ist the LLPT function by Default activated in Gigabit convertor mode and cannot be disabled? Or do we have to enable or disable LLPT via boot strapping, too?
