TL16C2552: Replacing PC16552DV/NOPB part with the above part as suggested by TI

Part Number: TL16C2552

Dear Sir, 

We were using PC16552DV/NOPB part in our existing product. Now as the part is discontinue , TI recommended the new one part (TL16C2552). 

We replaced the old part by new but it is not working. we need assistance about the changed to be done in any setting for part. As the part is same functioning of old part. 

Please guide us 

this is major issue for us because the product is in production.

    Hi Ashutosh,

    Do you have access to the software for the device?

    Are you able to provide a high level steps of how you are configuring the device after power up? 

    Ex. Step 1 write 0x00h to LCR register @ 0x03h

    Do you have any additional information as to what the issue your seeing is? (ex. INT stops triggering, or INT triggers for RX but when read... does not have any data)
