Hi Hirano,

Based on the thermal analysis, I believe the post stating 64.4 is correct. I looked in the thermal analysis database and it was the same as what Danny had posted. I'm not sure where the datasheet got the 98.8 numbers from.

The max Tj recommended operating is 90C and 105C for absolute maximum.
