DP83869HM: SGMII to Copper current consumption

Hi Team,

My customer is using DP83869HM in SGMII to Copper mode and want to know the current consumption on each power rail VDDIO, VDD1P1, VDDA1P8 and VDDA2P5.

They are interested in characterizing currents for following modes:

SGMII to Copper (1G)
SGMII to Copper (100M)
SGMII to Copper (10M)

Request your support on current drawn specifications for all the rails in above mention modes.

Hi Shinu,

Below are the typical current consumption values:

SGMII to Copper (1G)

VDDIO=3.3V: 10 mA
VDDIO=1.8V: 5 mA
VDD1P1: 141 mA
VDDA1P8: 55 mA
VDDA2P5: 93 mA

SGMII to Copper (100M)

VDDIO=3.3V: 10 mA
VDDIO=1.8V: 5mA
VDD1P1: 60 mA
VDDA1P8: 24 mA
VDDA2P5: 53 mA

SGMII to Copper (10M)

VDDIO=3.3V: 10 mA
VDDIO=1.8V: 5 mA
VDD1P1: 50 mA
VDDA1P8: 14 mA
VDDA2P5: 82 mA
