Hi,

I am interfacing TUSB8041 in my design which is interfaced with AM5728 processor USB3.0 interface.

we would like to test using USB2.0 support of HUB. But when i connected only Dp/Dm lines removing connection to Rxp/Rxm andTXp/Txm HUB was not detected by processor.

What hardware/software changes i need to make to make hub to work in USB2.0 mode.

    Hi Anusha,

    The TUSB8041 will connect at both USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 speeds simultaneously on the upstream port.  You do not need to disconnect USB 3.0 force a USB 2.0 connection.  Can you send a schematic and check the lines states on DP / DM?
