Hello,

 

My customer is using Toshiba DF2B5M4SL for 3.3V power input rail for their optical module as an ESD protection & TVS surge diodes.

I would like to replace DF2B5M4SL by TI device if possible.

Since their app is an optical module, it must be small size.

What TI device do you recommend best?

Please let me know the best recommendation with its value propositions.
