When I connect my USB Hub to usb port on a mac, I receive notification "USB Devise disabled" like this

Mac OS recognize my USB Hub like this.
I used two TPS2042 instead of using one TPS2044.
TUSB2036 is configured for self-powered.
I don't connect any devices at the downstream ports.
All PWRON* pin no the TUSB2036 is high and all OUT*, /OC* pin on the TPS2042 is low when the USB hub is connected at mac(any devices not connected at downstream, so OUT pin is open.).
