Could you please let me know your recommended metal thickness each layer both 4-layer case and 6?

    Hi,

    We do not have a recommend metal thickness as the thickness depends on the system requirement.

    For example

    • Sizeable through-hole PCB parts differing with most components as they have through-holes that require different PCB thickness.
    • The thickness of the board is essential when dealing with multilayer boards since impedance matching is crucial. That is as the layers create the dialectic, which facilitates impedance control.

    There are other factors affecting the PCB thickness decision, so it is up to the customer's system design requirement.
