Hi Nikhil,

May I ask why our PHY not support 802.3AS? Is it because for 100BASE or 1000BASE T1 only support 802.3bp so it can't support 802.3as at the same time?

Does it mean 720S-Q1 support 802.3bp?

Hi Amelie,

The hardware time stamping feature was not included in the DP83TG720. It does support the 802.3bp standard, as mentioned in the datasheet. I hope this answers your question!
