Hi Team,

As per datasheet, data input pins, RES, RAOFF pins are mentioned as to be grounded if not used. Customer want to know what happens if any of these pins get floating due to open solder failure. Customer requested data for DFEMA activity.

Hi Shinu,

If RES pins are not grounded, device functionality may be affected.

RAOFF pin is for backward compatibility mode. If it is floating or tied high on one side, it could cause lost of link with DS90UR124.

Floating data pins may cause mis-sampling of the data inputs.
