A quick question ,  can the PCA9545A turn on 4 channel at the same time?

    Hi Reagan,

    The master can enable all channels on the PCA9545A at the same time. It does this by sending a byte to the PCA9545A and bits 0-3 select which device is enabled. Page 16 of the datasheet  goes into this in more detail. Something to keep in mind however is that the maximum bus capacity is not exceeded. If you would like me to explain further how the master would send data to the PCA9545A let me know.
