Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PCA9515A
Hi there,
It looks PCA9515ADP,118 from NXP is p2p to PCA9515BDGKR from TI. I checked the package drawing but could you also confirm if it's directly replaceable part? Thank you!

Hi Ella,
The PCA9515B from TI is a directly replaceable part to the TSSOP8 Package of the PCA9515A from NXP. If you are using the SO8 package then the pinouts are the same but the dimension are different so your PCB would need to be updated. I checked the electrical characteristics and everything seems to be the same except the TI part has a larger range of recommended values for VCC and the VOL-VILC is lower on the TI part.
Best,
Chris
