TUSB8041: Port connection monitor

Dear Team,

My customer is looking at the TUSB8041, and there is a question about port connection monitor.

Is it possible for the Host to recognize which port of the TUSB8041 is in the Connect state or Disconnect state by referring to the internal register of the TUSB8041?

Are there any way to recognize which port of the TUSB8041 is in the Connect sate or Dis connect state?

    Hello,

    There is no I2C accessible register that can be read to determine port status of the hub.  The TUSB8041 does report port status to the USB host using USB commands, but TI does not provide an application for end users to monitor this port status.
