Hello Support team,

Does DS90UB953 need the signal of Frame Sync from system?
Is there any option what serializer can create frame signal for sensor by itself?

Does all of camera serdes have a same concept for frame sync?

    Hello Hirokazu-san,

    There is no SER which can create frame sync signal by itself. That will not make sense!

    The Frame Sync signal must come from the DES side. And there are two options for that; Either FSync will be created in the DES or in the SoC and fed to the DES. In both cases, FSync signal must be forwarded from DES to SER.
