DS90UB928Q-Q1: I2C No singal

Read display ID, but DS90UB928's I2C interface no signal（SCL SDA has no waveform）,What causes it and how are registers configured？

The SOC can read the 0x00 register by setting the 928's I2C ID via 927 passthrough.Below，thanks！
