Thank you for this note. But these two documents are basically the same. The 95x document is the updated document, which is valid for the 954 as well.

Hi Hamzeh,

It's not a updated document. They are equal after downloading, since they have same URL and same sha1 checksum: d7722048f37a6a2cc8c4d39f53369f9bbb85ae5f

Anyway, documents in different title and release date, should not be as same with each other.
