In order to calculate case temperature - I need to know junction to case thermal resistance(Rjc) and junction temperature(tj) of DS90CR287MTD/NOPB.

Hi Alex,

the Rjc is 19 °C/W. the max junction temp is listed in the datasheet of 150°C.
