Is there a way to read the SPI Flash's internal "Read Mfr and Device ID" data from the I2C using FLxx command or any other method?

Sorry for the delayed response.

PD controller cannot read register data from SPI flash. May I know why you want to read manufacture info?

We would like to query the device to determine Flash size. Is there another way to obtain this information?

No, there is no other way to read this value using PD controller.
