MAX3232: Connect RIN to GND if unused

Your recommendation if customer don't use RIN2 is leave floating.
Is there any problem if customer connect RIN2 to GND?

Koyo,

Both RIN pins have internal pull-downs on them, so externally connecting them to GND will be okay.
