please confirm whether the ds90lv804 chip is embedded with 100R resistor, so the external connection of LVDS signal does not use 100R resistor?

Yes, the internal resistor is 100R, but an external 100R resistor is still required to terminate the transmission line.

The DS90LV804's receivers do not need external termination resistors, but the lines connected to the DS90LV804's transmitters need termination at the other end, i.e., at the receiver. See figures 2 and 5 in the datasheet.
