Tusb4041ievm 3.3V and 1.1V power supply both use 1A power chip, but my actual application load power consumption is only tens of Ma. Through calculation, I use Digital voltage source power supply 3.3V&1.1V，current output capacity of more than 1A，However, the computer can identify hub but not USB device, Attached is the schematic diagram and PCB, please help to analyze the reasons 。
