Hi Sherry,
Can you share me the setup picture?
Aaron
Hi Aaron,
I will check with the customer.
I don't understand the principle of loss of lock, could you please help tell me which factors will result in the loss of lock? Several customers have asked me this question.
Thanks & Best Regards,
Sherry
Hi Sherry,
There are many factors that causes loss of lock. Loss of lock could be due to impedance, cables, connectors, and signal integrity. If you have a poor SI performance, this could end up loss of lock. Can you confirm if you were able to get lock before you perform the EMC?
Aaron
Hi Aaron,
Yes, our device can lock in the normal condition. Only in EMC test, the lock will lost, so the customer wants to know what factors will influence the lock signal.
In addition, once lock is lost, our device will have a reset(not include registers), right? So we can see a flicker on the display.
Thanks & Best Regards,
Sherry
Hi Sherry,
Do you know what frequency did you lost lock? If you don't power down the device, everything remains the same except the status register which indicated lost of lock.
