DP83620: Power Integrity - die capacitance

Hi Sir/Madam,

We are currently performing power integrity for our design using DP83620. We require the die capacitance and package capacitance to confirm the frequency that will be supported by the device to meet the target impedance other than the externally provided decaps.

If available please share the die capacitance and package capacitance.

I believe you are looking for signal integrity analysis and looking for input capacitance of the PHYs. Please refer to the IBIS model for the DP83620, located on the product page under the "Design Tools & Simulation" section.
