TPS65987D: Unplugging and Plugging back in to charge

I have a custom board with the TPS65987D that is referenced to the EVM, that I am supplying power to the board, similar to the EVM (i.e.:10 to 20V).

When it comes to charging the device, if the phone is plugged into the the USB-C cable to the USB-C on the board and 20V is then applied to the board. I have to disconnect the USB-C and reconnect to get the phone to charge.

Is there setting that can be changed to fix this?

In register 0x29, please add "Process Swap to Source" and "Initiate Swap to Source" and let me know the results. Can you attach your project so I can take a look?
