Hi Frank,

Unfortunately I don't the answer to this as my team is not responsible for this. We just cover the TPS65987DDK, not the materials TI uses to manufacture. However, since you also work for TI, I would try sending an email to Hubie Payne or someone on his team as they will likely know the answer to this. His signature is on the REACH statement I shared above so he is probably best equipped to answer this question
