Dear All,

I want to connect two DS90UB954-Q1 deserializers into our NVIDIA Jetson AGX Xavier. Because of the spacing issue, I think it is not possible to connect two deserializers into NVIDIA AGX without using an Adapter capable. So which adapter cable can I use to connect two DS90UB954-Q1 deserializers with NVIDIA Jetson AGX Xavier MIPI Port??

Any kind of help to solve this issue will be highly appreciated.

Hello Md,

Which kind of cable, and how are you planning to connect this from the 954 to the Xavier?

Another question, why using 2x 954? you can use 1x 960 instead.

I want to use Micro Coax I-PEX Cable to connect the DS90UB954-Q1 EVM and NVIDIA Jetson AGx Xavier.

We want to use this 954 because of the design requirement from our customer.

Hello Md,

We basically do not recommend this kind of a solution.

There are differential connectors and cables out there. But please make sure to keep the cable as short as possible. And the connector shall have 100 differental pins. You can try this supplier, they have a big varity of connectors/cables.

Thanks for your reply. If we just want to use DS90UB954-Q1 instead of DS90UB954-Q1 EVM then how can we give the connection to NVIDIA Jetson AGX Xavier?? Do you have any recommendation?

Hello Md,

you can connect them by 100 ohm differential pair traces!
