Hi team,
My customer is using this part in a design and is driving an LCD with it. On the LCD display, some of the displayed text is missing some pixels and some horizontal lines flicker (as though data is in and out) or are missing. I’ve attached pictures named with the chip’s type. The image named DS90CR285 is the correct image. They are using the DS90x in the same schematic and board layout and it works perfectly (as you see in the pix).
I've also attached scope shots, the Channel 1 (yellow) traces are the Clock Output and the Channel 2 (blue) are the TX0 Output.
I can share a snippet of the interface schematic in an email.
Any thoughts as to why this is not working?
