spec. only TA information. But I need TC information.

spec.6.5 parameter

P = 3mA * 3.6V = 10.8mW

Tc＋θjc×P ＝Ta＋θja×P

Tc + 38.2*10.8mW = 70 + 53.8 *10.8mW

Tc + 0.413 = 70 + 0.581

Tc = 70.581 – 0.413 = 70.168∘ -->Is this correct?

it's not accurate. Tc is the temperature you should measure to get Tj.

TC is case temperature, it's depends on each system specific, you need to measure it.

I have measured TC temperature, but i don't know it pass or fail?
So I need HD3SS6126RUAR TC spec.
In datasheet spec, I can't find TC value? Only TA value = 70C
How can judgment measured TC temperature?

there is no spec for Tc since it's each system dependent. Based on Tc you measured, what is your Tj?
