Hi Andrew,

You can force SATA GEN 1 speeds through special FW/ edit of source code available on ti.com.TX swing is fixed in current FW. Swing can also be changed but requires edit of source code.

Hi Andrew,

No the source code can be requested at this link: Request now. Default FW has fixed swing and negotiation for SATA GEN2. I can provide special FW to always force SATA GEN1 operation.
