Hi Expert,

Customer wants to check if below configuration can work or not. could you give some comments?

In AMD EPYCTM ZEN3 case, for KVM function BMC’s USB2A_DP/DN connect to AMD CPU through USB HUB (TUSB8041), this kind of application is allowed by TI (TUSB8041IRGCR)?

Hi Oliver,

Yes, the upstream port of the hub should be connected to the host using both USB 3.0 and USB 2.0, then it can support both USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 operation on its downstream ports.
