I would like to disable back channel of DS90UH948-Q1.

is there a register to disable it?

Hi Shinji-san,

Yes. You can set this register to power down the back channel 0x63[1] = 0x01.

Hi Shinji-san,

There is no risk, but when you disable the back channel then you are not able to communicate back to the serializer such GPIOs or I2C.
