Hi Steve,

The weight is about ~0.5 grams. I will submit a thermal model request to our modeling team to get the other information. This may take up to 2 weeks (standard lead time for the requests).

Hi Steve,

Looks like thermal modeling has already been done for this device:

Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value): 78.4 C/W

Theta JB (standard datasheet value): 129.6 C/W
