HD3SS6126EVM: USB 3.0 Packet Loss

While running a test on the HD3SS6126EVM I kept getting consistent packet loss. Testing was done with multiple proven cables. When using a USB 2.0 cable there was no data loss and everything worked fine. The HD3SS6126EVM is rated for 3.0 USB and thats when I had data loss. Take a look at the test screenshot below.

I just want to know if this is just an issue with the sample we got or if there is a way to fix it. We're planning on using the HD3SS6126. If the same issue will arise with this version of this board please let me know as well.
