We test DP83867IRRGZR and has some issues, the PHY and link partner is link down always.
DP83867 operate at two power mode and VDDIO is +2.5V. RX_CTRL is Mode3 strap and others pin are Mode1 strap.
1. Would you help check the registers follow, any abnormal?
2. I have no idea why the link doesn't established. Please advise.
3. Is any concern for the power on sequence? +V2.5A rised then +V1.0A on.
4. The RGMII bus is disconnect with MAC during the test.
