Hi team，

For the single link 941AS, whether it can drive two different pixels screens with two different CLK ?

If it can be meet, how it should be implemented and what register configurations are required?

Whether VC mode or Cropping mode can meet this need?

Hello Ivy,

Yes this can be done and the datasheet provided significant detail on how to achieve this including registers configurations and we also have this app note to cover the topic: https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/snla308

Typically for applications requiring two different PCLK values, it is best to provision the design to use 2x REFCLK inputs so that each FPD-Link port PCLK can be sourced from its own external clock. We recommend using a TI clock synthesizer device such as CDCE913-Q1 to generate a flexible PCLK with low jitter.

I want to check another question with you.

For the single DSI input 941A , can the serial connect one to the display (1920*1080, 40 frames) and the other to DLP (854*480, 60 frames)? If different CLKs can be output after a split screen, is it required to output the same frame rate?

In addition, DLP requires 31.5 MHz for 854*480*60 resolution applications, but the CLK calculated as shown below exceed 50 MHz, Can 926 reduce the output CLK frequency?

No, they would need to be the same refresh rate and 926 cannot reduce PCLK.
