Dear Sir,

My customer is using DS74176 for 1 phase and 3 phase ESS.

Tt have been happened IC burnt issue continuously about 300set/1000set(board) on field.

Could you please review schematic and layout as attached files.

The schematic looks good to me. I still have been able to find a way to view the Gerber files. I will update you tomorrow.

BTW, if it's possible to save the files in RS-274X, it would be helpful.

Never mind. I learned to view the files in Altium. The layout generally looks good to me. I feel the SM712 and switches could be placed at the pins instead of routing beneath the IC. It's not a big deal though.
