Will the PHY automatically enter normal operation mode after power on without software configuration?

Hello,

As long schematic is correct, PWDN and reset are not held low, and straps are correct, device should enter normal operation without software configuration.

Thanks for your reply, what is PWDN ? RX_DV or CSR is Used in RMII?

Hello,

Please allow me to correct myself, there is no PWDN pin on this device. CRS and RX_DV are both used in RMII, see the pin description in Section 3.4 of the datasheet.
