No; the ALS family is a TTL family and uses Schottky-clamped BJTs. See SDAA010 for details.

There is no single-channel driver. Two-channel drivers like the SN75C1167 need at least 9 mA.

Use a transceiver like the THVD1550 (50 Mbps) or THVD1510 (0.5 Mbps) with 1 mA.
