PCA9306: Current needed from each supply of PCA9306

There isn't a 'needed' current for this device.

What exactly are you trying to do? Are you trying to estimate a max supply current to pick out a LDO/regulator?

The VREF2 current is limited by the 200 kΩ resistor. (This current flows out of VREF1.)

In practice, you can ignore that, because most of the current flows through the pull-up resistors.
