TCAN1043-Q1: spec. identification method from IC top marking

My customer is looking for alternative device of NXP TJA1043TK. 

PKG is VSON.

I have TI TCAN1043XXX-Q1 device inventory having device top marking as follows. 

Is this device P2P compatible with NXP TJA1043TK? 

TJA1043TK's max. data rate spec. is 5Mbps.

My customer would like to know item no.detail(XXXX) by top making in advance.

add G suffix:corespond to 5Mbps(specially I would like to know......)

add H suffix:corespond bus fault protection voltage +/-70V

    Thanks for bringing this to E2E. The code to look at is the string after "TI" on the top marking. Unfortunately, the best way to decode this is to use a TI internal application rather than have each letter/number represent a date/site code or something.

    Looking this device up, it is the G version, meaning it will work up to 5Mbps, but it is not the H version, meaning the bus fault protection goes to +/-58V.

    There's no specific rules, the just tells you where the device was fabricated and assembled. We can look this up on our internal system tool.
