SN65DSI84: What is the difference between SN65DSI84ZQER and SN65DSI84ZXHR?

Microstar BGA package has been EOL'd so most TI devices that use it have been replaced with a P2P equivalent. There is no functional differences between devices, and ZXHR can drop-in replace ZQER without any design changes.
