Hi Team,

1.How do we determine the maximum cable length between the serializer and deserializer? To see if the cable loss is greater than 20 dB? Or to attenuate the signal from the serializer by 20dB and see if it's still greater than 40mV?

2. If PoC is enabled, will there be any issue from hot-plugging the cable?

Hello Roy,

1) you need to make sure your total transmission channel insertion loss is not greater than our specifications.

2) You will need to initialize your link again, because once the cable is disconnected, the camera will not have power supply.
